About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant at National Tiles. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional customer experience, offering flooring solutions and expert advice to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers in our showroom
  • Create customer quotes and follow up after the visit to ensure satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge through training and resources
  • Update ticketing and visual merchandising in line with planograms
  • Identify opportunities to provide additional value to customers and offer recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with teammates and managers to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain showroom standards, ensuring a clean and tidy environment
  • Actively promote safety and adhere to all OH&S procedures
