Team Leader Position

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Team Leader to join our dynamic team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of restaurant personnel to consistently deliver exceptional customer service, food preparation, procedures, cleaning, and sanitation.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure that every guest has a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with the team, fostering positive work relationships with all restaurant personnel.
  • Communicate effectively and listen attentively to customers and employees alike.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  • Manage multitasking and adapt to changing customer levels as required.
  • Hold current RSA and Food Safety certification.
