Your Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ecommerce Supervisor to join our team in Sydney's Inner West. As a key member of our online shop team, you will play a vital role in managing the day-to-day online operations and motivating your team towards achieving online sales objectives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coach, and train team members
  • Prepare rosters within staffing budget
  • Monitor level and variety of stock/inventory; oversee operation from product sorting to product dispatch
  • Manage the development of engaging product descriptions and images for the online platform
  • Prepare relevant reports on sales, returns, etc.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities to develop team and online performance
  • Respond to customer service queries promptly and appropriately

You Will Need

  • Experience supervising a team in a retail environment
  • Retail fashion experience, with a keen eye for styling and detail
  • Excellent visual merchandising skills and good understanding of techniques for engaging product display
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated high standards of customer service
  • Proven experience at working with financial targets and budgets
  • Ability to ensure digital stock levels are maintained and stock is sorted, priced, and presented to a high standard
