In this exciting role, you'll lead a team of electrical maintenance professionals responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our Slabmaking operations. You'll work closely with our production team to identify and resolve electrical issues, and develop strategies to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.
As an Electrical Maintenance Team Leader, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading a team of electrical maintenance professionals to deliver high-quality maintenance services
- Developing and implementing maintenance strategies to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime
- Collaborating with production teams to identify and resolve electrical issues
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to team members
- Managing maintenance budgets and resources
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering or an Electrical Trade
- An electrical licence
- Experience working in a similar industry within Electrical Maintenance, with a strong focus on defect elimination and equipment reliability
- Proficient experience with PLCs and motor control systems
- Experience in maintenance coordination and collaboration with multiple internal and external customers
