We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Team Leader to join our team at the Manning Community Mental Health Service. As a leader, you will play a key role in supporting the organization's safety management system, establishing and maintaining a positive health and safety culture, and consulting with workers and others when making decisions that may impact their health, safety, and welfare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical and operational leadership and management to the team, ensuring high-quality patient-centered care in accordance with relevant legislation, national Health Standards, organizational policies, and professional standards of practice.
  • Support the organization in achieving the aims of the safety management system, establishing and maintaining a positive health and safety culture, and consulting with workers and others when making decisions that may impact their health, safety, and welfare.
  • Lead and manage a clinical team, promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, quality of care, and staff engagement.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive mental health services to the community.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a qualification in Occupational Therapy, Clinical Psychology, Nursing, Social Work, or Counselling, and be eligible for registration with the relevant professional association.
  • Relevant postgraduate qualifications in clinical leadership or management, or willingness to undertake same.
  • Eligible to drive in NSW.
