About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gaming Manager to join our team at the Brook Hotel. As a Gaming Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Gaming room, leading and developing a team to ensure an outstanding guest experience every time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Gaming room operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining exceptional presentation standards.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate training programs for the team to ensure they are equipped to handle complex customer interactions and maintain a safe and responsible gaming environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a gaming or hospitality management role, with a strong understanding of gaming operations and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Current RSA and RSG certifications, with a strong understanding of responsible gaming practices.
