Job Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated facilities technician to maintain our bowling machines, mechanical equipment and other pieces of hardware in the venue. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance schedules, undertaking mechanical repairs, machine cleaning, and general lane fixes during shifts.

About the Position

The role involves working with industry-standard equipment and collaborating with external trades as required. You will work Monday to Friday, 8 hours per shift, and enjoy a range of benefits including access to a development program, opportunities to work alongside experts, and free activities at our venues.

Your Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair bowling machines, mechanical equipment, and other hardware in the venue.
  • Conduct routine maintenance schedules to prevent equipment breakdowns.
  • Clean and lubricate machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Repair and replace faulty parts to get equipment back online quickly.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals.
Requirements
  • Natural technical aptitude and proven experience working with mechanical systems.
  • Able to systematically work through complex problems and identify solutions.
  • Willingness to learn and problem-solve using technical resources.
  • Mature, collaborative, and positive approach to work.
  • Able to work autonomously but communicate effectively with the team.
