Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in selecting and booking their ideal cruises, tailored to their preferences and budget.
  • Provide expert guidance on cruise lines, itineraries, amenities, and excursions.
  • Confirm bookings and ensure seamless experiences for our clients.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Stay up-to-date on cruise deals and make adjustments to bookings as needed.
