We are seeking a skilled Financial Accountant to join our team at Randstad. This role offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic, billion-dollar organisation with a global footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
Month-End Close: Coordinate and manage the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Perform and maintain strong balance sheet reconciliations to support financial integrity.
Reporting: Prepare financial reports and ensure accurate financial data is provided for decision-making.
Excel Proficiency: Utilise intermediate to advanced Excel skills to analyse data and support financial processes.
Time Management: Stay organised and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
Qualifications: CPA or CA or Partly
Experience: At least 2 to 3 years of experience in financial accounting within a similar-sized organisation.
Skills: Strong month-end close and balance sheet reconciliation skills, reporting expertise, and intermediate to advanced Excel capabilities.
Attitude: Highly organised with good time management skills and a proactive, hands-on approach to work.
