Job Description

  • This role involves attending various locations, primarily within Geelong, to conduct investigations and gather information;
  • You will interview key parties, collect relevant evidence, and produce accurate and detailed reports;
  • Effective communication with our support team and other stakeholders is crucial;
  • Drafting and preparing factual reports;

Requirements

  • You must possess a Certificate III in Investigations and a valid Investigators Licence;
  • A current driver's licence and vehicle are necessary for this role;
  • An ASIST Certificate (or willingness to obtain) would be beneficial;
  • Previous experience in Workers Compensation and/or CTP investigations is highly desirable;
  • You should have strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines are vital;
  • Contractors must have relevant insurances and operate as a Pty Ltd or Sole Trader.
