Quality Director

The role focuses on delivering high-quality care by leading contemporary patient safety practices and driving a just culture and learning culture.
This is a Permanent Full Time position within the Quality Department. The Director of Patient Safety is a member of the senior leadership team in the department.
- A focus on supporting the delivery of high-quality, safe care and success with relevant accreditation schemes.
- Oversight of quality systems including adverse patient safety events management and governance.
- Leadership and support of committees that support high-quality, safe care.
Your Skills And Experience
- Demonstrated leadership at a senior level within a tertiary healthcare setting.
- Postgraduate qualifications in a related field preferably at Masters level.
- Relevant industry experience and proven ability in building high-functioning teams.
