About the Role
The successful applicant will lead a high-performing team in delivering person-centered support to clients with disability, injury, or health conditions. The role involves guiding and supporting the team to achieve outcomes, driving performance, and making a genuine difference in people's lives.
This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for mentoring others, and a commitment to inclusion and empowerment. The ideal candidate will have experience in employment services, knowledge of disability legislation and support strategies, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and support a high-performing team to drive results and foster growth.
- Ensure the ongoing development of your team to build a deeper understanding of best practice when working with people with disability.
- Translate program guidelines into high-quality, compliant service delivery that meets quality and performance targets.
- Guide clients into meaningful work through trust, empathy, and personalised support.
- Build strong employer partnerships and promote inclusive hiring practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Qualifications in Employment or Human Services (e.g. Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work)
- Experience in employment services and supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions
- Proven ability to meet KPIs and create client-focused employment and skills plans
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Knowledge of disability legislation, support strategies, and labour market trends
