Job Description

As an Apprentice Upholsterer, you will be responsible for designing, manufacturing, and maintaining materials for seats, curtains, and flooring on Traveltrain and Citytrain carriages. You will also source trimming supplies and liaise with other teams to ensure that all components are properly supplied and maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manufacture materials for seats, curtains, and flooring on Train carriages
  • Source trimming supplies and coordinate with other teams
  • Maintain trimming shop tools and equipment
  • Broaden your experience through short-term rotations contributing to L-Series refurbishment programs or Kuranda Scenic Railway upgrades
