We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources professional to partner with our leadership team in Tasmania. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving people strategy and providing expert guidance on employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational development.
The ideal candidate will be commercially focused and outcomes-driven, with strong interpersonal and influencing skills. They will have experience in supporting multi-site environments, ideally within construction, industrial or retail sectors, and be able to navigate complex stakeholder environments with ease.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a P&C Business Partner or senior HR generalist role.
- Proven success in implementing people strategies in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and award interpretation.
