">The Role:
">We are seeking a Workplace Ambassador/Receptionist to join our Work Dynamics team with a long-standing national client. This role offers an exciting opportunity to create exceptional experiences for our client and their employees in a newly commissioned Sydney office.
">Job Responsibilities:
">- ">
- Manage visitor arrivals, provide access passes, and assist with wayfinding">
- Conduct regular workplace experience sweeps and proactively manage issues">
- Run daily huddles with the FM team to ensure seamless service delivery">
- Maintain and restock common areas, including breakfast bars">
- Provide intuitive, exceptional service that anticipates and exceeds client expectations">
- Spend at least 2 hours daily welcoming employees and conducting floor walks">
- Respond to all requests within one day, including personal follow-ups">
- Assist with client events and manage conference room bookings">
- Identify and escalate potential risks to ensure smooth operations">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- ">
- Diploma degree or above">
- 1-2 years' experience in hospitality, facility management, or commercial real estate (preferred)">
- Exceptional customer service skills and passion for hospitality">
- Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
- Adaptability to new technologies and applications">

">This position offers an estimated annual salary of $65,000 - $80,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.
