The Role:

We are seeking a Workplace Ambassador/Receptionist to join our Work Dynamics team with a long-standing national client. This role offers an exciting opportunity to create exceptional experiences for our client and their employees in a newly commissioned Sydney office.

Job Responsibilities:

">
  • ">
  • Manage visitor arrivals, provide access passes, and assist with wayfinding">
  • Conduct regular workplace experience sweeps and proactively manage issues">
  • Run daily huddles with the FM team to ensure seamless service delivery">
  • Maintain and restock common areas, including breakfast bars">
  • Provide intuitive, exceptional service that anticipates and exceeds client expectations">
  • Spend at least 2 hours daily welcoming employees and conducting floor walks">
  • Respond to all requests within one day, including personal follow-ups">
  • Assist with client events and manage conference room bookings">
  • Identify and escalate potential risks to ensure smooth operations">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Diploma degree or above">
  • 1-2 years' experience in hospitality, facility management, or commercial real estate (preferred)">
  • Exceptional customer service skills and passion for hospitality">
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Adaptability to new technologies and applications">

This position offers an estimated annual salary of $65,000 - $80,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.
