This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Human Resources Partner to join our organization. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving the Agency's strategic HR agenda, including sponsorship of a Culture First pillar. You will be responsible for leading and delivering all aspects of strategic and operational HR functions, providing trusted advice to the Executive and Senior Leadership Team on HR matters, and exercising diligence when handling personal, sensitive information, consistent with Australian Privacy Principles.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Executive to model and embed Agency values and behaviours, complete the implementation of the Agency's Enterprise Agreement, and develop supporting employment relations policies and guidance documents. You will also be responsible for delivering an Agency workforce plan that is fit for purpose for a smaller APS entity, through greater use of HR metrics and workforce data insights, managing the outsourced delivery of payroll services, and enabling a high-performance culture across all levels of the organisation.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a wealth of experience in leading both strategic and operational HR functions, with a strong understanding of Australian Privacy Principles. They will be able to provide trusted advice on complex HR matters, implement enterprise agreements, and develop related policies. The candidate will also have expertise in delivering workforce plans using HR metrics and data insights, managing outsourced payroll services, and enabling a high-performance culture through coaching and learning development strategies.
