Senior Clinical Psychologist Or Health Psychologist Position

As a Senior Clinical Psychologist/Health Psychologist, you will play a pivotal role in transforming lives by providing psychological assessments and interventions for patients with complex medical, functional, and psychosocial needs in an inpatient hospital setting.
About the Role- You will provide specialist clinical/health psychology services including assessment, treatment planning, intervention, positive behaviour support planning, evaluation, and consultation to patients and their carers individually and in group settings.
- Participate in interdisciplinary clinical and planning activities to enhance the overall service provided to clients.
- Develop systems for monitoring, reviewing, and improving the standards of services to clients.
- Full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA), with an Area of Endorsement in Clinical Psychology or Health Psychology is required.
- Hold approved supervisor status with the PsyBA at all levels of supervision, or eligible to complete PsyBA-accredited supervision.
- Experience providing psychological treatments is essential.
- A high level of ability to design, implement, and evaluate psychological procedures and interventions is necessary.
- Ability to apply specialist skills in resolving clinical problems is crucial.
