We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Equipment Service Lead to join our team at Corowa dealership. This is a full-time ongoing position based in Corowa.

This role offers a long-term career opportunity and the chance to work with a growing agricultural industry group.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have leadership and people management skills, competent technical skills, well-developed interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. A remuneration package including a vehicle and phone is on offer.

Responsibilities
  • Develop service team strategies and implement them effectively.
  • Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to staff members.
  • Oversee department operations, scheduling, and work assignments.
  • Communicate with customers and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Work on repair orders and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
  • A minimum of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Prior experience in the agricultural industry is desired but not essential.
  • A motivated individual who can provide leadership and direction to the service team.
