At our Traralgon Plant in Gippsland, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Operations Technician to join our hardworking team. Reporting to the Production Supervisor and operating and maintaining equipment such as vertical Kilns and Roller Milling circuits, you will ensure safe and efficient production in line with our schedule.

  • The successful candidate will have experience in fixed plant production, industrial manufacturing environments, and mechanical aptitude.
  • A qualification in Engineering, Mechanical Fitting or Diesel fitting would be highly regarded, along with previous experience in related fields like forklift operation, front-end loader operation or computer literacy.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Safe and responsible operation of the plant and equipment to produce products within specification.
  • The installation and repair of fixed and mobile plant and equipment machinery in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Loading trucks and complete product bagging.
  • Collecting and testing samples in the lab for quality assurance.
