Front of House Coordinator Role

The Front of House Coordinator will oversee the overall operation and customer experience in a public venue.

  • Leads and rosters a multi-skilled team, manages timesheets, and oversees contractors.
  • Coordinates events, performances, and functions with knowledge of performing arts venues and experience across box office, front of house, and hospitality.
  • Ensures a safe, welcoming, and well-presented environment where guests enjoy a seamless and memorable experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides exceptional customer service and models excellent leadership to the front of house team.
  • Manages café, bar, and catering operations including stock control, compliance, and day-to-day service.
