Job Description

We seek two full-time Learning Enrichment Teachers Aides for a 12-month maternity leave cover, commencing January 2025. As a member of the Learning Enrichment Team, you will provide essential support to students, classroom teachers, and staff.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in delivering evidence-based intervention programs, including MultiLit and other structured literacy and numeracy support programs.
  • Working closely with students to improve foundational skills and help them reach targeted academic milestones.
  • Supporting classroom teachers by providing additional attention to students needing guidance, fostering an inclusive and productive learning environment.
  • Communicating regularly with teachers and the Head of Learning Enrichment K-12 to share observations, update on student progress, and adapt interventions as necessary.
  • Providing direct learning support to students across all grade levels (K-12), addressing academic, social, and emotional challenges through targeted interventions and strategies.

Salary $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including salary packaging, employee assistance program, and WHEREFIT fitness & wellbeing benefits.
