About the Role:
This position contributes significantly to the efficient, effective, and ethical operation of the Office by supporting the oversight, regulation, and monitoring of organisations and services that provide services to children. The Director will influence and lead cultural change by building capacity and capability in organisations to be child-safe in line with the Child and Youth Safe Standards and the Child and Youth Safe Organisations Act 2023.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic direction and technical leadership in driving a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Managing a team of Regulation and Compliance Officers and Assessment and Monitoring Officers.
- Developing and overseeing an assessment and monitoring program.
- Providing supervision and quality assurance on case work.
Working Arrangements:
73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.
