About the Role:
Key responsibilities include:
• Preparing and cooking a variety of breakfast dishes, including hot entrees and cold buffets
• Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
• Collaborating with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service operations

Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A trade industry qualification or completion of commercial cookery training
• Relevant experience in a similar position, preferably in a hotel kitchen or banquet setting
• The ability to work well under pressure and maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Trade Industry Qualification or completion of Commercial Cookery Qualification
• Experience in a hotel kitchen or banquet
• Working rights in Australia
