Job Description


We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Fratelli Fresh Miranda. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory or junior management experience, with a strong understanding of profit measures and cost management.


You will be responsible for leading from the front, working closely with your team to achieve daily targets and big picture goals while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.


Key Responsibilities



  • Previous experience in a supervisory or junior management role (industry training provided).
  • Understanding of profit measures, cost management, and drive to exceed sales goals.
  • Willingness to go above and beyond, with a passion for recruiting, training, and developing talented individuals.
  • Availability for Wednesday-Sunday shifts, with rotating hours between open, mid, and closing shifts.

What We Offer


We estimate a salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
