About the Construction Labourer Role

This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced construction environment and want to develop their skills as a labourer. As a Construction Labourer, you will be responsible for carrying out various tasks on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading trucks, ensuring all required equipment is loaded and components match the picking/gear list.
  • Transporting, erecting, and dismantling site safety products.
  • Submission of reports, truck maintenance records, work method statements, and other documents as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in the construction industry.
  • Construction Induction Card (White Card).
  • Current valid unrestricted Driver's Licence, and own transport.
  • MR/HR Licence (Strongly desired).
  • Able to work Mon to Fri, with an average availability of up to 40-50 hours a week.
  • Comfortable with working in a fast-paced and labour-intensive environment.
  • Experience with Scaffold and Scaffold Basic licence (highly regarded).
