Requirements for the Role

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet specific qualifications and registration requirements:

  • FRACGP or FACRRM: Candidates must hold specialist registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and be able to apply for a Medicare provider number.
  • Eligibility for Application: Doctors who hold postgraduate qualifications such as FRACGP, FRNZGP, MRCGP, CCFP, or MICGP are eligible to apply for this position.
  • General Registration with AHPRA: Doctors holding general registration with AHPRA are also encouraged to apply.
