Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Controls Engineer to lead the design and development of electrical control systems for complex industrial projects.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical leadership skills, with the ability to exercise independent judgment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development:
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical design leadership and guidance to team members
  • Project Management: Manage electrical and controls design for multiple projects, develop engineering drawings and documents independently
  • Collaboration: Work in teams on large multi-discipline projects, participate in project meetings
Requirements:
  • Education: A 4-year BSEE degree from an ABET-accredited university is required
  • Experience: 4-7 years of experience in electrical controls engineering is required
  • Licenses: Possess or be on track to obtain a Professional Engineer license within 6 months
  • Skills: Knowledge of Computer Aided Design software (i.e., AutoCAD) and strong computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel)
