About Our Dispensing Pharmacist Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled pharmacist to lead our dispensary team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic hospital pharmacy environment that emphasizes precision, collaboration and continuous learning.

  • Provide expert clinical advice and support to patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Mentor and support pharmacists and technicians in best practice dispensing procedures.
  • Closely collaborate with clinicians, nurses and allied health professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in dispensary operations.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be a confident and experienced pharmacist with proven leadership capabilities. Experience in hospital pharmacy is highly valued but not mandatory as full training will be provided.

  • A general pharmacist registration with AHPRA, with no restrictions on practice.
  • Current professional indemnity insurance.
  • Minimum 2 years of pharmacist experience in an Australian setting, with demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on growth and innovation.
