The Reece Group is a leading international company with a strong focus on customer service and exceptional values. As a School-based Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in the plumbing industry.

The Role:

As a School-based Trainee, you will be partnered with Murray Mallee Training Company Ltd to undertake a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations. You will work in a Reece branch, completing certificate requirements, and gaining hands-on experience in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Embracing the Reece values and policies
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Completing all requirements of the certificate
  • Processing sales and managing stock
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages
  • Communicating with customers and staff
  • Building product knowledge and providing follow-up to customers
  • Maintaining a high standard of work and contributing to the branch's success

About You:

We are looking for students who possess good written and verbal communication skills, the ability to follow instructions, and a positive attitude. You should be a team player, willing to learn, and maintain a neat and tidy workspace.

As a School-based Trainee, you will work the equivalent of one and a half days per week, with Saturday availability required. Additional hours during school holidays are available and recommended to assist in your progress.
