Located in Sydney's historic district, our hotel is nestled close to Circular Quay and the iconic Opera House. We are currently seeking a Head Chef and an experienced Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. Key Responsibilities
  • Cook and prepare delicious meals for guests across a 5-day roster, including breakfast, room service, and dinner.
  • Drive guest satisfaction through delivery of high-quality food experiences.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and creativity in the kitchen.
  • Provide support to junior members of the kitchen staff.
  • Collaborate closely with the F&B Service team and all departments of the hotel.

Requirements
  • Enthusiasm and technical experience from working in a high-functioning kitchen environment.
  • Trade qualification relevant to your position.
  • Technical talent and experience with modern cuisine.
  • Demonstrated experience in a contemporary dining setting.
  • Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and Health regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of organization.
