Job Description

Trippas White Group provides exceptional hospitality services to guests in our venues around Sydney. We are looking for a skilled Event Supervisor to join our team.

This role involves ensuring that all events are prepared and executed professionally, courteously, and efficiently based on event guidelines and operational standards.

You will work closely with the Event Logistics Supervisor and logistics team to coordinate furniture, equipment, and beverage allocation for events.

Pre-event briefings with the Kitchen and FOH service teams are crucial to ensure smooth execution of events and meeting client expectations.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Minimum 2+ years of event supervisory experience
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster from Monday to Sunday
  • Exceptional grooming and pride in presentation
  • Ability to mentor, lead, and coach other team members
  • Adherence to HACCP standards
