About the Role

SAGE Group is a leading industrial services provider, partnering with iconic Australian brands to accelerate their digital journey.

We are seeking experienced Automation Technicians to join our Keysborough service team in VIC, delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide field service and breakdown support for a range of customers across various industries.
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance, including break-fix repairs.
  • Conduct electrical installation works.
  • Offer remote support services.
  • Assist with project commissioning.
  • Ensure accurate document control and billing administration using MS Office.
  • Lead by example in maintaining a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • A-Grade Electrical Licence to operate in VIC, with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
  • Australian drivers licence.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • Ability to plan workload and control costs.
  • Excellent communication skills to maintain effective customer relationships.

The successful candidate will have experience in troubleshooting using online PLC and SCADA tools across major platforms, including Rockwell, Siemens, GE, Schneider, Omron, and Mitsubishi. Industrial electrical experience, including installation and commissioning, is essential. A willingness to participate in a rotating after-hours on-call roster is also required.
