We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Development Manager to join our Brisbane Communities team at Lendlease.
The Role:
As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in the delivery of one of our largest master-planned communities, Yarrabilba. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of the development cycle, from brief preparation to customer service.
About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Senior Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing the development process, including design management, planning, marketing, sales, procurement, delivery, settlements, and hand-over. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project performance and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the development process from brief preparation to customer service
- Lead design management, planning, marketing, sales, procurement, delivery, settlements, and hand-over activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project performance and achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide expert advice on development matters to stakeholders
About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Development Manager who possesses a strong understanding of the development cycle and has a proven track record of delivering successful projects. You will have a tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as development, finance, planning, property, economics, or a related field. You will also have previous experience in land development, medium-density and residential built-form development, and/or master-planned residential development delivery.
