Job Opportunity:

A dynamic recruitment role has become available at a leading entertainment and leisure provider.


This position offers a chance to work in a fast-paced environment, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, providing general advice on HR matters, and assisting with various administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the recruitment process, including posting adverts, conducting phone screenings, interviews, and reference checks;
  • Preparing employment contracts and letters of offer;
  • Supporting employee training and development programs, including new employee inductions;
  • Providing guidance on people-related queries;
  • Administering time and attendance records, as well as HR systems;
  • Entering data for P&C paperwork, including employment contracts, performance reviews, and compliance training;
  • Assisting with staff functions, fundraising events, and various HR projects;
  • Conducting regular site visits across all venues as needed;

Requirements:
  • At least 12 months' experience in a recruitment position;
  • Previous experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes;
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills;
  • Exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Analytical problem-solving skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects;
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic;
  • Good understanding of relevant legislation, including the Fair Work Act 2009;
  • Intermediate computer skills and thorough administrative practices;
