Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Analyst Programmer to join our team at InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting system analysis and design, developing programs, and providing system maintenance and on-going support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct system analysis and design to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
• Develop programs using Java, Java Servlet, and JavaScript programming languages.
• Conduct various system tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the system.
• Produce and update system documentation to ensure that it is accurate and up-to-date.
• Assist users in user acceptance testing and provide support for their requests.
• Provide system maintenance and on-going support to ensure that the system is running smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years' experience in Java programming, Java Servlet programming, and Structured Query Language (SQL).
• At least 2 years' experience in JavaScript programming.
• At least 1 year's experience in working with the Government sector.
• Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.

Working Arrangements:

• Normal office hours.
• FEHD offices in Hong Kong SAR.
• Cantonese and English language required.
