
Infrastructure Development Project Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a major campus development in the Cairns CBD. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through to construction and completion.

- Manage the project team to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.">
- Develop and manage project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.">
- Co-ordinate stakeholders, consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure safe, timely and cost-effective delivery.">
- Identify, assess and mitigate risks associated with the project.">
- Monitor and report project progress to senior management and stakeholders.">
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards.">
- ">
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in education or public infrastructure.">
- Strong knowledge of project management frameworks, including scheduling, risk management, budgeting, and reporting.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports and negotiate effectively with stakeholders.">
- Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, including funding bodies, councils, consultants, and contractors.">
- Sound understanding of legislative requirements, including Australian Standards and local authority regulations.">
