This is an exciting opportunity to lead a major campus development in the Cairns CBD. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through to construction and completion.

">Key Responsibilities:">

• Manage the project team to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.">
• Develop and manage project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.">
• Co-ordinate stakeholders, consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure safe, timely and cost-effective delivery.">
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks associated with the project.">
• Monitor and report project progress to senior management and stakeholders.">
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards.">

">Requirements:">

• ">
• Proven experience in project management, particularly in education or public infrastructure.">
• Strong knowledge of project management frameworks, including scheduling, risk management, budgeting, and reporting.">
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports and negotiate effectively with stakeholders.">
• Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, including funding bodies, councils, consultants, and contractors.">
• Sound understanding of legislative requirements, including Australian Standards and local authority regulations.">
