Elevate Drivers Across the North West

Our organization offers an opportunity to mentor young people in earning their 100 hours and P-plates, opening up employment and education opportunities while building safer drivers across the North West.
The OpportunityThis role involves leading day-to-day operations and growth of our learner driver mentor program with a focus on driving simulators and a safety-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver program targets, calendars, and lesson schedules.
- Maintain a Safety Management Plan for on-road lessons including risk controls for fatigue weather and remote area driving.
- Recruit onboard and train volunteer mentors build fair rosters and provide resources.
- Manage referrals intake baseline assessments lesson plans and participant tracking.
A tech-confident facilitator/coach with experience coordinating programs volunteers or logistics in a community setting is required. Strong communication organizational skills and practical problem-solving abilities are essential.
