Retail Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a customer service specialist with Mandarin speaking skills to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have face-to-face and over-the-phone customer service experience, as well as proficiency in navigating multiple systems.
You will be the front line for assisting new or existing members who visit our store, with all enquiries from purchasing Home & Car Insurance, Emergency Assistance products, Travel Insurance, and Attraction tickets.
As part of this exciting role, you will also assist our Memberline Contact Centre with inbound home & motor insurance calls.
This is a permanent part-time opportunity, working 30 hours per week on a 6-week cycle fixed roster, with a rotating Saturday shift. No Public Holiday Work.

- The successful applicant will possess the following traits:
- Face-to-face customer service experience.
- Over-the-phone customer service experience.
- Prior experience achieving sales targets and KPIs is highly regarded but not essential.
- Self-driven and motivated to succeed.
- Proficient in navigating multiple systems.
- Enthusiastic, resilient, and committed to providing a positive member experience.
- Individuals that work well in a team environment.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin language.
