About the Role

We are seeking an Accredited Exercise Physiologist to join our team at Victoria Health Club, working across a range of chronic disease, NDIS, injury, and surgical rehabilitation, as well as healthy population clientele.

As an Exercise Physiologist, you will assess and deliver customized exercise interventions to our members, supporting patient-centered outcomes and establishing strong local stakeholder relationships and referral pathways.

This role will begin as casual hours with the potential to increase to part-time hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exercise intervention and education for those at risk of developing a chronic condition or injury.
  • Deliver clinical exercise prescription for those with existing chronic and complex medical conditions and injuries.
  • Offer health education, advice, and support to enhance health and wellbeing.
  • Develop and promote Exercise Physiology within the Centre and wider community.
  • Facilitate group-oriented rehabilitation classes.
  • Liaise with other medical professionals involved in patient rehabilitation.

Successful applicants must have or be eligible as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with Exercise and Sport Science Australia.
