Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Group Travel Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be proficient in corporate travel product knowledge and have experience managing group or fully independent travel requirements for various customers.
  • This role involves booking and managing travel arrangements for our corporate accounts, including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation reservations.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are required to meet deadlines and multitask effectively.
About the Opportunity:

This is an exciting MICE travel management role that offers a unique blend of challenge and reward. As a Group Travel Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing products, quoting, making travel arrangements, ticketing, and providing administrative support.

  • Show expertise in corporate travel product knowledge to deliver the best outcome for the customer.
  • Assist in the budgeting and execution of professional and accurate business travel arrangements for our corporate accounts.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
