Senior Allied Health Service Manager

The Program Manager for Allied Health Services oversees the delivery of client-focused services in our Allied Health department through innovative models of care that align with our organisational goals.
This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day operational requirements, program planning, and quality improvement activities, and demonstrating appropriate clinical expertise and leadership to both role model and mentor the attributes, behaviours, knowledge, and skills required to achieve high-quality services with the Allied health team and the wider Integrated Community Health department.
The Program Manager will provide guidance and direction to staff members on policy implementation, service delivery, and quality improvement initiatives. They will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve existing processes and develop new strategies to enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Allied Health team on policy implementation, service delivery, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve existing processes and enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and develop solutions to address them.
- Mentor and support staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.
