Job Description

• You will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire stay with your genuine smile and exceptional service skills.
  
• Assist with luggage handling, delivering it to rooms and storing it as required, ensuring seamless convenience for our guests.
  
• Arrange transportation and tours for guests, providing accurate directions and sharing your knowledge of the local area to enhance their experience.
  
• Control parking of cars in the car park, assisting with valet parking as needed to provide exceptional service.
  
• Evaluate daily checklists and ensure thorough handovers to maintain high standards.
  
• Stay up-to-date with hotel services, promotions, outlet opening times, and local events to provide personalized recommendations.
  
• Keep current information about local attractions, restaurants, and activities in Noosa to help guests plan their stay.
  
• Deliver fast, effective, and friendly service to both internal and external guests at all times, exceeding their expectations.
  

Requirements

• 
  
• A valid driver's license is essential, allowing you to drive both automatic and manual vehicles.
  
• Be available to work various shifts across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  
• Familiarity with Noosa and its surroundings is highly beneficial.

Salary

Approximately AUD $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
