Part-Time Accounting Professional

We are a dynamic accounting firm seeking a motivated and responsible accounts assistant to work on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Preparation of basic individual tax returns: Providing financial support to clients by accurately processing their tax information.
- Data entry using MYOB, Xero, and Excel: Utilizing software applications to efficiently manage client data and maintain accurate records.
- Assisting in the preparation of BAS statements, including coding of bank transactions: Collaborating with colleagues to ensure timely and accurate submission of business activity statements.
- Clerical duties and ad hoc tasks as required: Supporting the team by completing various administrative tasks and projects.
- Compliance with security procedures and confidentiality policies: Maintaining the highest level of discretion when handling sensitive client information.
- Prior experience in MYOB and/or Xero is advantageous but full training will be provided: We offer comprehensive training for candidates who may not have prior experience with our software applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Attention to detail and passion for your work: A high level of accuracy and dedication to delivering quality results is expected from our team members.
