Key Responsibilities- Oversee your section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards are met
- Contribute to menu innovation and development
- Manage your section autonomously, ensuring a smooth and efficient service during peak times
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced, high-quality venue
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards
- Skilled in managing a section autonomously and contributing to the team
- 38-hour work week
