Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operational Director to join our team as an Assistant Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring high-quality products and services are maintained.
  • Reporting to senior management and providing accurate records.
Requirements
  • Hospitality leadership experience, preferably in food, bars, and gaming.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Certifications in RSA and RSG/RCG are highly desirable.
