We are looking for a data-driven Sales Intelligence Analyst to join our Sales Operations team. This individual will be a go-to-business partner for executives and sales teams, delivering data-led insights resulting in effective annual planning, in-quarter execution, and business improvements.

Responsibilities:- Work closely with Region Sales leaders to establish key business metrics aligned to sales strategies and priorities to drive growth.
- Facilitate Sales Forecasting activities in partnership with the Sales leadership team.
- Hold Sales accountable to follow established Opportunity Management Operating Principles and Salesforce Hygiene requirements.
- Manage customer & transactional data organization & hygiene.
- Prepare operational, strategic & tactical reporting and presentations for business stakeholders.
- Provide leadership with data-led insights into trends, gaps, and opportunities to execute plans.
- Drive effective onboarding and training of Operational Tools & Processes for sales reps.
- Partner with Revenue Optimization teams to drive deal effectiveness, revenue optimization, and execute CrowdStrike policies with cross-functional alignment.
- Collaborate with APJ Sales Operations leaders, HR, Finance, and Sales Executives to plan coverage models and hiring plans.
- Support APJ Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Capacity Planning in partnership with Sales leaders, Finance, HR, Territory Operations Organisation to build scalable capabilities supporting APJ growth plans and revenue targets.
- Identify areas for improvement using data and root cause analysis.
- Participate in planning and implementing changes.
- Develop and enhance effective working relationships with global and regional functions across CrowdStrike to promote the effectiveness and efficiency of the APJ business.
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue/Sales Operations, Sales, Finance, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or quantitative fields.
- Relevant industry experience: High Tech, SaaS, Security.
- Relevant experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or IT functions.
- MS Excel power user.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Commercial acumen.
- Detail-oriented and reliable with strong organisational skills.
