We are seeking a motivated individual to fill a childcare trainee position in Mortdale. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and work as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality care and education to children

- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment

Requirements:

- Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education (or willingness to study)
- Friendly and mature attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Work Arrangements:

- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster, shifts between 7:30am-6:00pm
- Full-time position, 37.5 hour week

Essential Requirements:

- Available to commit to the role for at least 12 months
- Reliable and punctual attendance is required
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Preferred Requirements:

- Experience working with children aged 0-5 years
- First aid and CPR certification
- Fluency in English language
