Finance Professional: Performance Insights Leader

This is a key position within the finance department, focused on providing financial insights and data to support business growth.
Responsibilities- Generate detailed financial reports for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with team members to provide ongoing financial analysis and reporting
- Manage the end-of-month process for allocated functions, ensuring accurate results and timely report delivery
- Lead forecasting and budgeting processes for assigned functions, ensuring accuracy and critical analysis of inputs and outputs
- Support the wider organisation in understanding performance drivers, variances against expectations, and developing insights to inform decision-making
- Identify and implement improvements across finance processes, leveraging technology to enhance reporting capabilities, planning, and month-end processing
- Hold an appropriate university degree from a reputable institution
- Working towards or willing to commence postgraduate accounting qualifications (e.g. CAANZ/CPA)
- Demonstrated interest in career development within finance, commercial finance, decision support, or FP&A
- Demonstrated capability in profit-and-loss management, critical thinking, problem-solving, and financial modelling
- Commercial acumen and ability to communicate complex financial information effectively
- Proven ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and influence outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to drive change in past roles and champion growth
- Strong work ethic with ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently
