As a Dispute Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for managing disputes arising from unresolved complaints. You will leverage your high-level dispute resolution capabilities, sense of fairness, and superior stakeholder skills to deliver a world-class alternative dispute resolution experience to our customers and partners.

The role involves resolving internal and external disputes, ranging from simple to complex, in line with industry regulations and guidelines. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure effective dispute resolution and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.

This contract role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced environment. We encourage candidates from Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane to apply.

We are committed to providing a flexible work arrangement, allowing you to balance work from home and office responsibilities (2 days per week). This ensures that you can maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering exceptional results.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in Dispute Resolution and Complaint Management in a general insurance or legal environment
  • Previous exposure to the AFCA complaints process
  • A strong customer focus, with the ability to show empathy and patience
  • Effective decision-making and time management skills, with the ability to work unsupervised and under pressure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including advanced negotiation skills
  • Resilience and a positive mindset
  • Ability to manage simple and complex matters confidently
  • Strong computer literacy

We offer a competitive estimated salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes:
