- Apply advanced professional judgement to complex clinical cases, supporting evidence-based care across the patient journey.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams contributing to a cohesive and patient-centred cancer care environment.
As part of a highly specialised team your expertise in clinical pharmacy will directly contribute to safe and effective patient treatment. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team in a collaborative patient-focused setting that values precision compassion and continuous learning.
